Three weeks after my c-section, I finally put two and two together and realized that that foul smell getting progressively worse is coming from my steri strips. I thought the nurse said to pull them off after two weeks, but my husband said he didn't think so. So I pulled them off and very gently washed I had my LO just over 3 weeks ago via c-section and they told me to let the steri strips fall off on their own (my stitches are disolveable). All the strips are still going strong and show no signs of falling off.
